The Ocean City Convention Center
The Convention Center was completely renovated and a new 50,000 square foot exhibit hall was added along with 24,000 square feet of new meeting rooms, 29,500 square feet of pre-function space, a new visitor's center, a full service kitchen capable of serving groups of 2,500, and a view of the bay. The exterior of the building also received a brand new look. The addition increased the total capacity to 115,000 square feet for the Convention Center, more than doubling it's size.

Pro-Spec Corporation and 31 Contractors teamed up with Hardin/SPN Construction Managers in February of 1997. The $32 million project consisted of alterations and additions to the existing facility, and was completed in March of 1998. Pro - Spec's final contract for the General Painting was $370,000.00 and included all of the interior finishes and exterior finishes.
