 New Jersey Lead Abatement Contractor. This certification permits Pro-Spec to perform lead abatement work subject to an Order to Abate issued by the local Health Inspector or at the customer’s request.  Should you need the services of Pro-Spec Lead Abatement Company, we will

 

    • Provide a Certified Lead Abatement Supervisor qualified to review and understand your Lead Inspection Report
    • Prepare a lead work plan in line with the your budget & needs
    • Procure all required permits required for your lead abatement project
    • Develop a site specific lead and safety plan
    • Provide certified & trained craft workers
    • Certify a completed lead abatement project in accordance with NJ regulations

 

 

Prime Contractor


This state wide Service Contract was created to alleviate the various difficulties in qualifying, selecting, and contracting with a certified NJ Lead Abatement Contractor. This contract allows various state agencies to perform lead based paint renovations and abatement in a timely fashion, ensuring the safety of employees and the essential maintenance of older governmental buildings. This contract is also extended to the following agencies:

    • Quasi-State Agencies
    • Counties & Municipalities
    • School Districts
    • First Aid Squads
    • Volunteer Fire Departments
    • County & State Colleges
    • Independent Institutions of Higher Learning

    • “Beginning April 22, 2010, firms performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities, and kindergartens built before 1978 must be EPA- or state-certified” – EPA Website
